Headlights

Hi all.

I need to buy a set of LHD headlights to convert my UK coupe to French standards for registration in France. In the UK I'd know where to go to get a secondhand set of RHD lights but in France I don't know the ropes to get a set of LHD lights. Can anyone advise? I already put a posting in French in the Electrical section here.

Guidance would be appreciated.

I posted couple of suggestions under your other posting, I suppose you will be on the lookout for breaker's yards when you are over in France.
PS I should avoid using abbreviations such as LHD and RHD in an international forum such as this, as they are not likely to be obvious to those whose first language is not English!
For anyone who is wondering:
RHD = right-hand drive, a car with the steering-wheel on the right-hand side, for driving on the left.
LHD = left-hand drive, a car with the steering-wheel on the left-hand side, for driving on the right.

Just to close this thread. I bought both lights on French e-bay for €350 which is about half new price. One had a broken attachment point which wasn't notified by the seller but since they seem to be rare and expensive, I'll just have to put up with it. Now I just have to get them into the car and sell off the spare UK units.
