It could be due to the antenna of the anti-ignition device (transponder) in connection with the Neiman key contact, unless battery of the key itself is out of order, but I suppose you already checked it..
I don't believe it's due to your Texalarm.

No, I think it's because the alarm switch instead the original system remote. So if it's out of order, you have to disconnect the alarm wire and connect the wire of the original remote box. I don't know if "BSI" includ receptor or if it's another box . Don't ask me where is this connection, I don't know. May be you'll find it following wires of the alarm.
