electronic dampers

I have a 3.0 v6s 194ps with electronic dampers, the 406 has 84000 km of origin, I wanted to have some infos on the reliability of these dampers, besides it interested me to know, if it is normal to have some reaction or vibration or shaking on the steering wheel (steering gear) of small entity, when him perconnono ruined roads, or he walks on the pavè.
